Slow Food Sundays at the Farm

Our Sundays have certainly proven popular and our new series will commencing June 13th. In order to traverse the whole calendar year of produce we are moving to a monthly programme of ever changing set two-course menus designed around the season, and Saskia’s mood.

SEPTEMBER 5TH
Amuse bouche
 
Quail tulip stuffed with foie gras and porcini sautéed in buerre armangac
 
Entrée
 
Sassie’s prawn cocktail – poached prawn with verjuice mayo and baby salad, prawn seviche with cucumber, mint and dill, tempura prawn and daikon with chili and tamari sauce
 
Main course
 
Roast Black Angus beef with Béarnaise sauce,  waxy potatoes and cavolo nero
